All About Pets Customer Portal

We are excited to share that we now have a brand new Customer Portal where you can log in and request bookings, manage your account, view report cards, and more! The quick tutorial video below outlines the basics of using the new portal, and you can find additional details in this help article.

All of the emails that you receive from All About Pets will now take you to the new Customer Portal, and you can also bookmark the new link directly at https://allaboutpetshhi.portal.gingrapp.com.

You can also now easily manage your account, submit booking requests, and more while on the go using the all new mobile app! Simply search for "Gingr for Pet Parents" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and enter invite code 619537. More details on accessing the mobile app are available here.

All About Pets respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service through the customer portal, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

Data Collection: We collect your name and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates.

Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending pet updates (ex Report Cards), general information updates and reminders related to our products or services.

Data Security: We protect your data through encryption and secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from our SMS list. After unsubscribing, we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. There is also an option in the customer portal to opt out of text messaging.

Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with our SMS service provider to enable messaging.
