In an effort to streamline grooming questions and appointment requests, we ask that all customers contact us directly using this form. This allows us to keep an accurate history of correspondence so that nothing might get 'lost in the shuffle'. We are always working to improve our policies and procedures and we hope that you find this helpful.
If you are a new customer, or haven't been to us since 2016, we highly recommend you register through our customer portal in the top right of this page or by clicking here.
You CANNOT request grooming through the customer portal at this time.
Partial or Full Grooming services are available by appointment Monday – Friday starting at 8AM.
WALK IN nail trims, anal glands, and ear cleaning available Mon-Fri 9am - 2pm. Other days and times we recommend texting or calling (843-842-7387) to confirm we have someone available before coming.
Prices vary based on breed, size, temperament and services requested. De-matting is not included in the price of the groom, and is generally $1/min unless groomer specifies otherwise. Please message us below, text, or call (ext 4) for an estimate or more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do require a credit card on file for all grooming clients. Our grooming cancellation policy is less than 24 hours - half price of groom, No show full price of groom. A grooming appt is not considered confirmed until an account is created and a credit card is on file.
We will also need to see proof of up to date rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines for all dogs getting groomed. You can upload records when you create the account, or they can be emailed (allaboutpetshhi@gmail.com), faxed (843-842-7387) by you or your vet or even text us a picture of the vaccine document to 843-842-7387 or 336-607-6222 (Direct number to grooming).

All About Pets respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service through the customer portal, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:
Data Collection: We collect your name and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates.
Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending pet updates (ex Report Cards), general information updates and reminders related to our products or services.
Data Security: We protect your data through encryption and secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from our SMS list. After unsubscribing, we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. There is also an option in the customer portal to opt out of text messaging.
Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with our SMS service provider to enable messaging.
